Can I hire you for an event?
Yes! We love bringing desserts and coffee to weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and community gatherings. Contact us for event packages.
How should I store my baked goods?
Cookies & brownies: store in an airtight container at room temperature (lasts 3–5 days).
What happens if my package is delayed or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or significantly delayed, reach out to us with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right.
When can I place an order? When will my order be sent out?
Orders are accepted through the website weekly from Tuesday 12 PM CST - Sunday 12 PM CST and will be shipped out every Monday. (Holidays will affect shipping times and dates)
Do you offer pickup?
Yes! If you are near the zip code 75044, your order is eligible for pick up. Please send us a DM on Instagram to coordinate a pick up.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We currently ship cookies and brownies anywhere in the U.S.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Express, which guarantees deliveries within 2-3 business days.
